Has anyone ever tried to use a command line parameter to select files with specific properties other then the filename? if you look at the parameter list from Adobe for DNG conversion there seems no possibility to do so.From photo editing and compositing to digital painting, animation, and graphic design - you can do it all in Photoshop. Of course i could design a batch file that asks for a selection criterion for the files, copy those files to a temporary directory, call DNG converter, instruct it to convert the files in the temp directory and output them to a specified directory, exit DNG converter and then continue the batch file with instructions to delete the temporary directory, but that would get rather complicated. That means that when you put all the ARW files into a directory, you can only convert them all, and not for example only the most recent ones that have not yet been converted. there seems to be no setting to include for example only those files after a certain date. There is a possibility to include a filespec but it is only possible to do so for the filename. however, if you instruct it to run that way, it will always convert all the files it comes across, even the ones that have already been converted. It is possible to run dng converter from the command line with specific parameters.
